We at The Bamboo Manager Project understand that a simple ‘click’ maybe a simple mistake or your circumstances may have changed. We offer the required 14 day returns policy on our online products, sometimes known as ‘the cooling off period’.

 

Online courses and products related to these courses are exempt from the 14 day returns requirement once the course and its materials have been accessed.

 

After the course is accessed No Refunds will be entered into.

We deem that the course has been accessed when the course is activated by entering and logging into the third-party hosting site of the course ‘instructure.com’, by using your unique personal ID (which will have been supplied by us via email following your purchase).

If you have changed your mind or believe that the course you ordered is not the one for you at this time  

DO NOT activate the account but contact us directly at

thebamboomanagerproject@gmail.com  within the 14 day period.

 

We will check that there has been no access or activity within your course account prior to entering into the refund procedure.

Please note that all of our courses are taught in English at this time.

On receipt of payment we will contact you via the email address supplied with a personalised course schedule

You will receive an email from our virtual learning platform 'Canvas by instructure.com'this will contain your unique ID and login details that you will need to sign into your course
